I don't know where to begin with this one. Waited 3 weeks for my item (ordered black shorts), received pink bra top. Have spent countless hours, used up hundreds of mobile minutes on hold (45 minutes at a time), and finally got thru to Customer Service yesterday. They said they would email me a return label (since original package had no invoice (very shady!) and no return label. I open the supposed return label, no label in there. The email says I am returning black shorts because they are too large (covering up their mistake) and says I have to pay $9 for shipping! For their mistake! And the shorts are no longer available!
Placed order, was asked to be patient on shipping. Two weeks later I am still getting daily emails to purchase from them but no word on existing order. Payed outrageous shipping and cannot cancel.
My wife cancelled an order after the item did not show up for weeks (notifications, in stock days after ordered). I complained to their customer service & have been getting spammed ever since.
We use to spend about $1000 per year with their sister companies, King Size & Roaman's.
If it continues, the ICC & FCC will get brought into this.
Digital harassment by an on-line store NEVER ends well for them.
This company is HORRIBLE. I bought items for 50% discount - should have been approx $48. Saw in my checking account a huge charge (just before Christmas -ouch) for over $200. After much time and effort, discovered they had double charged me and had not discounted order! They told me I had to wait to receive items and return them for a credit. So I WAITED to receive, returned items, and FINALLY (3 more weeks!) they said they received. But credit is for more than $30 less - they didn’t refund shipping and for some reason, amount refunded for tax is $10 less on return than on items sent to me! Huh?? All in all, THEIR mistakes have cost me $30 and have taken more than a month to get corrected. I will NEVER order from this company again. HORRIBLE.
Horrible, do not use them, customer service is horrible. Just a bad experience. I placed an order on November 29, 2020, 30 days later, still not received my order, but they charged my credit card and I have called and called, no one tells me where my order is. No one cares.
